Boston Cream Cake

Introducing our own Boston Cream Cake. This specialty cake towers over the typical Boston cream pie. We make our cake with layers of tender yellow sponge cake flavored with dark rum and separated with vanilla pastry cream. Then our Chef finishes the cake with a thin layer of smooth chocolate ganache.
